Catalyst operates as a mobile clinic. Engaging children in their natural environments is considered best practice, so this means bringing therapy to the everyday settings where children participate (e.g., home, childcare, kinder, school, swimming lessons, the library, etc.). This helps children practice skills and gain a sense of belonging in these environments. It is also more effective to practice new skills in natural environments with support than to receive isolated intervention in non related settings.
